An Attitude Toward Unhappiness
by Mark Zimmerman

Through the growth of the formation of the state of satisfaction, and the gradual cessation of the forms of the state of unhappiness, one releases and frees one's self from unhappiness.

Unhappiness is a state of being. And one's own unhappiness is relative to a lack of knowledge of unhappiness.

Satisfaction and happiness are also states of being, which are attained through spiritual growth, and through the growth of the knowledge of the self.

The state of satisfaction is the state of well-being. And the state of satisfaction is the state of the full attainment of the knowledge of unhappiness within one's self.

And one will attain the state of satisfaction through the gradual growth of their spirit, and through the gradual growth and attainment of the knowledge of their own unhappiness.

Unhappiness is to be experienced and known, and unhappiness is to be let go of, conquered and overcome through spiritual growth, and through the gradual creation of knowledge of unhappiness within one's self.

A conscious awareness of unhappiness is an experience. And conscious thoughts of truth about unhappiness is an experience. And experience creates knowledge within one's self. And the continuous conscious awareness and thoughts of truth focused on one's own unhappiness, is an experience which creates knowledge of unhappiness within one's self.

And one's own growth in experience, awareness, truth and knowledge of their own unhappiness will gradually release them from unhappiness, and transform their state of unhappiness into the state of satisfaction.

And one's own attitude of concentrating the sixth senses of the thoughts, and the seventh sense of the focus point of the consciousness upon one's own unhappiness gradually creates satisfaction within one's self.

And one's attitude of continuing to endure and lengthen the duration of one's concentration of thoughts of truth and awareness upon one's own unhappiness promotes the growth of satisfaction, and well-being within the soul.

And one's own attitude of being conscious and thoughtful in truth of the unhappiness of others helps one gain knowledge of one's own unhappiness, and helps promote the growth of satisfaction.

Knowledge of the growth of one's own unhappiness, knowing the influences of the unhappiness that promoted the growth of one's own unhappiness, helps free and release one from unhappiness.

And knowledge of the affects the influences of the unhappiness of others have upon one's own spirit gradually reduces the affects that others unhappiness has on one's spirit.

Repeating and continuing to lengthen the duration of the concentration of one's thoughts in truth and awareness upon the cycles of the emotional patterns of unhappiness creates the growth of the cycles of the emotional patterns of satisfaction.

And focusing the consciousness and thoughts upon one's own limitations releases one from limitations, and promotes the growth of one's helpers, and gradually transforms limitations into helpers.

Knowledge of the experiences of confusion transforms the condition of confusion into the condition of understanding.

And the attitude of maintaining thoughts in truth, and focusing the consciousness upon one's own feelings of depression and pain gradually transforms depression and pain into the feelings of sorrow and comfort.

Knowledge of one's own thought pattern of unhappiness; unrealistic dreams, unattainable goals, bitterness, and doubts gradually transforms deception into the thought pattern of satisfaction; realistic dreams, attainable goals, truth and faith.

And knowledge of one's own emotional responses of unhappiness; depression as rest, depression as relief from pain, apathy, passiveness, selfishness, guilt, jealousy, fear, frustration, anger, and hate gradually transforms the emotional responses of unhappiness into the the emotional responses of satisfaction; loneliness, pity, meditation, forgiveness, fortitude, benevolence, comfort as rest, forbearance, patience, generosity and compassion.
